Fletchers Restaurant opened in 2022 and gently created a stir.
After recruiting one of the best chefs in the area a fabulous mouth watering menu was launched and tested. With award winning staff (won 4 in a bed twice) this is a place to visit for a great meal. The reviews are already well worth reading and booking is highly recommended.
Sunday roast is served but does need to be booked in advance.
This Tudor beamed restaurant was once home to Jacobean Playwright, John Fletcher, you may know of him from “The Taming of the Shrew” yes it goes back to the times of Shakespeare.
Upstairs is a nice elegant medieval suite that is often used for conferences, be sure to ask about private catering and small parties.
