Rye Bay Scallop Festival 2024 or Rye Scallop Festival week is always going to delight anyone who likes to enjoy the fruits of the sea.

Our Japanese and other overseas visitors have now learned there is far more to see and do in Rye than simply a “Day trip from London” and now stay with us for three and four days at a time especially during the sea food season.
Many of whom will have visited us in the warmer months to enjoy the beaches, forests and other interesting places to visit, we look forward to seeing you again.
For the Scallop festival 2024 we would encourage you to book your restaurant’s as early as possible as space can be at a premium. Your accommodation provider will be pleased to help with restaurant bookings, another great reason to book direct with your venue and not any online agency.
