The Annual Summer Exhibition will be held during August at the Dance Hall, Community Centre, Conduit Hill, Rye.
Since its beginnings the Society’s membership has always consisted of professional artists of a high calibre. This still remains the case today.
The Rye Society of Artists will include a mix of paintings, photographs, printmaking and drawings, and ceramics and sculpture along with an open call to local non-members submitting their work for selection.
The Society is always keen to recruit new members who show unique and exceptional talent in their field.
The RSA’s Summer Exhibition remains a show not to be missed.
There is also a Spring Exhibition at the Rye Art Gallery for members only and for invited artists to show their work for consideration as new members. These two shows are very popular, reflecting the rich artistic talent of this area.
