					Food Shops & Markets 
					A 
					farmers market selling fresh local produce takes place 
					every Wednesday from 10.00-12.00 at Strand Quay. The High 
					Street is full of independent shops - organic butchers, 
					greengrocers selling local produce, a Deli selling great 
					local cheeses and specialities and two bakers offering 
					freshly baked bread and cakes. 
					Local vineyards sell quality English wine and 
							offer regular 
					wine tastings.
