Book Direct with Venue

Save From 3% to 28% when you book directly with the owners!

Below are examples of the charges you absorb when you book online. Venues have to load their rates to cover the high booking fees. When you book direct you always get the best possible rate, service and experience.

Gimmicks such as “Genius Program” may hook you in to make a booking but will you get a great deal? Probably not. The venue are being expected to take on additional staff so you can arrive early and check out late. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Something has to give, warm welcome, free drinks or cheaper meals. It’s like asking for Fast Good and Cheap, you can only ever have two of them.

If your life is really hectic and you cannot send an email or make a phone call to the venue then Online Travel Agents deliver some benefits – remember it comes off the bottom line for the venue who will have to pay the OTA for a booking you could have made directly – if you book direct you may be able to ask for extras.

Usually when you see the venue has an online facility embedded into their own website then you are dealing directly with the venue, as such they appreciate your custom all the more so tell them you deliberately used their online system instead of an expensive Online Travel Agent. Some Venues use Freetobook and avoid the fees thus making it easier for them to offer you extras 😉

Every Venue on the VisitRyeBay would be pleased to hear from you directly.
